If you need to contact us, please use our support form

It really helps if you can give us the following information:

  1. On which device(s) are you seeing the issue? (Example: Samsung Galaxy S, iPhone 4Gs, etc.)
  2. Which OS? OS version number? (Example: Android 2.3.1, iOS 4, etc.)
  3. Which architecture are you using? (Example: armv6, armv7, etc.)
  4. Which type of ads are impacted? (Example: Interstitials, Expandables, Banners, Text Ads, etc.)
  5. What steps are needed to reproduce the issue?
  6. Build number logged in the SDK logs.
  7. Debug logs in case of the error.
  8. If the app is live - where can we download it (Android Market URL, GetJar, iOS App Store)
  9. Your Site ID.
  10. Are you using the Test Mode?
  11. Your InMobi Account login email address.

The more information you get us, the quicker we can diagnose the problem.
