It really helps if you can give us the following information:
- On which device(s) are you seeing the issue? (Example: Samsung Galaxy S, iPhone 4Gs, etc.)
- Which OS? OS version number? (Example: Android 2.3.1, iOS 4, etc.)
- Which architecture are you using? (Example: armv6, armv7, etc.)
- Which type of ads are impacted? (Example: Interstitials, Expandables, Banners, Text Ads, etc.)
- What steps are needed to reproduce the issue?
- Build number logged in the SDK logs.
- Debug logs in case of the error.
- If the app is live - where can we download it (Android Market URL, GetJar, iOS App Store)
- Your Site ID.
- Are you using the Test Mode?
- Your InMobi Account login email address.
The more information you get us, the quicker we can diagnose the problem.
